WHAT SOULCRAFT PSYCH IS
Hi, I’m the human behind Soulcraft Psych—a one-woman psychiatric practice built on compassion, curiosity, and the firm belief that mental health care should feel like a collaboration, not a transaction.
My mission? To help people move through the messy, beautiful, complicated parts of being human—with more clarity, confidence, and self-trust. Whether you’re dealing with ADHD, anxiety, trauma, burnout, depression (or the delightful combo platter that is “all of the above”), I’m here to help you find solid ground—and then grow from there.
I take a personalized, integrative approach to care. That means we’ll look at the full picture: biology, environment, nervous system, relationships, identity, and the stuff you feel in your bones but can’t quite name yet. We’ll use whatever tools are right for you—whether that’s medication, lifestyle shifts, therapy skills, or a little of everything.
At its heart, Soulcraft is about crafting a life that feels more aligned, more regulated, and more like something you actually want to wake up to.
This is a judgment-free zone for the sensitive, the skeptical, the stuck, and the still-figuring-it-out. You don’t have to have it all together to begin. You just have to show up—and we’ll take it from there, together.
Meet the Provider

Owner/Founder
Hi, I’m Aimee (she/her). I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with years of experience working in the wild and wonderful world of mental health (3 years as a prescriber, 12 years overall in the mental health space).
I work with people navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and all the gray area in between. I have a particular passion for supporting the LGBTQ+ population, women, and neurodivergent humans who are tired of feeling like they’re “too much” and “not enough” at the same time.
My style is collaborative, personalized, and very down-to-earth. I don’t just throw meds at symptoms and call it a day. I take the time to understand your story, your nervous system, your patterns, your pain, and your goals—and then we work together to build a care plan that actually makes sense for your life. That might include medication, therapy tools, nervous system regulation, lifestyle shifts, or all of the above.
I believe healing doesn’t have to be sterile, stiff, or sugarcoated. You can swear. You can cry. You can joke about the hard stuff. This is a space where you get to show up as your whole self, not just the “palatable” parts.
If any of this resonates, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Reach out when you’re ready. I can’t wait to meet you.
